Shipment Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- NOWHH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- NOWHH is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
- We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns Policy
Our Refund Policy:
- We accept returns within 10 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in the original packaging with no damage to the packaging and product.
Refunds:
- After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, a credit will be initiated to your credit card or original payment method.
Exchanges:
- We do not currently offer exchanges.
Shipping for Returns:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
