Shipment Processing Time:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • NOWHH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • NOWHH is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

  • We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Our Refund Policy:

  • We accept returns within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with no damage to the packaging and product.

Refunds:

  • After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, a credit will be initiated to your credit card or original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • We do not currently offer exchanges.

Shipping for Returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
